The apartment is unusually large and comfortable for a seasonal rental. It has been designed and furnished by the owner architect in an old rehabilitated farmhouse in the hamlet of Souliers. It is located on the first floor, and has an independent entrance, and a room to store skis or bikes. The adjoining outdoor space can be used as a dining area or as a parking lot.
At an altitude of 1800m, it faces the mountainous valley that borders the hamlet. This valley is green in summer, cows graze there. As soon as the snow covers it, it is ideal for sledging!
At the exit of the apartment, departure of marked out paths in summer, of cross-country skiing and excursions in rackets or with ski in winter, towards the lake of Roue, the lake of Shoes.
