The APEVM's primary mission is to preserve the Eygliers marmots, a tourist attraction, and their natural habitat. It offers marmot-themed events for all ages.
The Association pour la Protection, l'Etude et la Valorisation des Marmottes d'Eygliers-Mont Dauphin is committed to raising public awareness. During the busy summer months, volunteers are on hand to provide information about marmots and how to keep them in good health. Activities are regularly organized for both individuals and groups. All year round, we offer interactive activities in schools, day-care centers, libraries, etc., to raise awareness and understanding of the marmot.
