  • The Chalet des Cimes is open non stop all season from 8 am to 7:30 pm
    Lunch service : Non Stop from 11:45 am to 4:30 pm
    Snack service : from 4:30 pm to 6 pm
    Apero from 6 pm
    Dinner from 7 pm

    These schedules will be held until the closing of the Rm
    The Chalet des Cimes will be open in April & May.

    Family meals, group events, beer bar and wine cellar, not to mention an Italian grocery store with easy-to-prepare and easy-to-carry products for hikers and mountaineers.

    Black and white truffle, Porcini mushrooms and morels, Entrées du Chalet des cimes, Meli-Mélo flavors of the Alps & Chiffonnade of Piedmont charcuterie, Truffle burrata on its toast and Italian crackling, Large Mixed plancha for 2 pers, Charcuterie and cheese, Country bread and fresh butter, Lombardy tartine on Italian crackling, Delicious country bread tartine, Pinsa classica gilded in the oven, Prestige recipe of the Chalet des Cîmes, Mafaldine "pasta Fraîche", Gran malfatti with braised meat, Penne with arrabiatta House recipe, Orechiette with Queyras blue cheese & Pancetta, Fricassee of pork tenderloin, Risotto des Cimes with Ristolas goat cheese, Goat cheese from the Ristolas sheepfold, matured and dried by us, Mille Feuille from the Chalet des Cimes.

    Desserts :
    Iced coffee, homemade tiramisu, pancakes and waffles, Emkipop ice cream, baba with limoncello, slice of grilled Panettone, Piemont hazelnut pie, fromage blanc with Queyras jam.

    Wine cellar :
    Selection of great Italian wines, Burgundy grand cru, Hautes Alpes wine of Tallard, Rosé of Provence CASSIS and Pays d'Aix.

    Cellar digestifs :
    Génépi du Queyras, Poire des Hautes Alpes, Cognac Prestige, Armagnac vielles vignes, Vino Santo Millésime Piazzano Médaille d'or, Amaro "Monténégro et Cynar".
